We make free deliveries throughout New Zealand with orders to the value of fifty dollars or more. If you need stationery supplies in a hurry we will attempt to get them to you as fast as possible. For international orders we will provide you with the estimated shipping cost before confirmation of purchase.
We will generally ship orders placed before 3pm same day, or after that time during normal business hours the next day. You should allow 2-3 days for large items (e.g.office furniture & business machines). It is not usually possible for us to arrange delivery on a weekend or statutory holiday.
Where normal delivery is likely to be delayed by more than five days we will email or call you to advise and arrange a convenient delivery date. Some products do have longer lead times; when this is the case we will always contact you promptly and advise a delivery time.
You should ensure someone is available to sign for your order upon delivery.
Customs
For international shipping you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
